An employee shares his experience on, "The day at Essar Oil starts around 9 AM (official time) but each day we are expected to work for 12 to 15 hours. Thereafter, we are able to reach home around 11 PM to midnight. The Company does not support you even if the entire industry is in a downturn. There are pay-cuts and layoffs without considering the condition of the employees or their contribution towards the Company."
